Gamut Theatre is seeking Box Office Associates and Bartenders for Season 34.
Individuals hired would join our rotation of Box Office Associates and Bartenders. Both positions are contracted and paid per show worked.

BOX OFFICE ASSOCIATE JOB DESCRIPTION & COMPENSATION
Must be 18+
Arrive at the theatre a half hour before house opens
Greet guests entering the theatre
Process and print ticket orders using the Virtual Box Office (VBO) system
Provide prompt, courtesy service to patrons in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Handle cash and credit card payments responsibly and accurately
Collaborate with House Management to ensure smooth operations
Remain onsite for 15 minutes after the performance begins to assist with late arrivals
Box Office Associates are paid a flat stipend of $25 per show. Payment is distributed via check at the closing of the show.
BARTENDER JOB DESCRIPTION & COMPENSATION
Must be 21+
Arrive at the theatre a half hour before house opens
Set up the bar in Gamut’s Capitol Blue Cross Lobby
Serve drinks and concessions before, during, and after the show
Provide prompt, courtesy service to patrons in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Accurately process transactions using the Square POS system
Handle cash and credit card payments responsibly and accurately
Collaborate with House Management to ensure smooth operations
Clean up the bar after the show and return the bar to day-time state
Bartenders are paid a flat stipend of $20 per show. They keep all of their credit card and cash tips. Cash tips are taken home the night of the show. Credit card tips are processed by the theatre and distributed via check at the closing of the show.
