Popcorn Hat Players
ON TOUR, FIELD TRIPS & PRIVATE PARTIES
Each season the Popcorn Hat Players take two of their shows on tour! The Players are the perfect entertainment for daycare groups, school groups, and birthday parties! All shows performed by Popcorn Hat Players run 30-45 minutes in length, and are appropriate for preschool ages up to 6th grade. They are also great family shows, because parents and older brothers and sisters love the shows as much as the youngsters do!
And as a perfect companion to your tour, we also have workshops available!

Aesop’s Fables
A delightful assortment of Aesop’s famous fables! From “The Cat Maiden” to “The Ant and the Grasshopper,” children will laugh at the antics of Aesop’s crazy characters and learn some valuable lessons along the way! Did you know that each of Aesop’s fables has a moral? Some of the famous ones in this play include “Don’t Be Greedy,” and “Look Before You Leap!”
Little Red Riding Hood
Help the precocious Little Red stay on the right path and watch out for the Big Bad Wolf! Will the Woodcutter save the day? Silly songs and dances will keep your toes a tappin’ in this classic that will have you laughing all the way to Grandma’s house!

Performances available by request Wednesday and Thursday at 10:00 a.m. for groups of 20 or more.

Harrisburg Shakespeare Company
Educational Engagement Program
Each year Harrisburg Shakespeare Company produces a fast-paced, edited version of a Shakespeare play and tours it to middle and high schools for the entire school year. Each production is the original Shakespearean text with narrations added to make it easy for students and adults alike to understand.
Gamut Theatre Group also offers a variety of workshops at middle school through college levels.
