Wonder Tales from Around the World

An original family comedy exploring folk tales from all over the world, featuring 4 different stories from Africa, the Middle East, Ireland, and Native America.  This multi-cultural show stresses the importance of reading and uses volunteers from the audience to add variety to the stories!

Rapunzel

An old couple’s dream for a child comes true when Rapunzel is born! In true fairytale fashion, a Witch steals the child and locks her away in a tower. Will the Witch keep Rapunzel forever? How will the Prince rescue Rapunzel from the tower? What happens to the old couple?  The children from the audience use their own creativity to help tell this story and to make sure that everyone lives “happily ever after!”
